Xbox One says I don't have gold

Okay, so I was on netflix and it kicked me off saying I didn't have gold. But I checked xbox.com, and I do. I then went on to my 360 and it wont let me sign in, it instantly says disconnected from xbox live. My internet is fine, when I test connection everything
is okay. I've been on hold with xbox for over an hour. so I'm seeing if anyone could help?

What happens when you try to play online? Do you see an active subscription when you check
account.xbox.com? We have list of contact numbers for the phone teams

So recently I just bought Overwatch and when I try and play it tells me I don't have gold, but I already do have gold? Gold has been working fine otherwise and it still lets me download games with gold, but it just tells me I don't have gold when I try and
play?

well on the forums you also show silver membership so... I dont know what to say, have you looked ans see if there was any transactions?

xbox is working on fix. if you want on now you must call 18004myxbox and cancel your gold membership and then go to xbox.com and sign up again for gold. problem should be fixed. for more info check networking forum under error code 801590a

Hello,

Me too have trouble with my gold subscription. It was cancelled not by me.

So i resolved this problem contacting the support by chat.

In US and Brazil, the phone number support is out!! >.<

But by online chat it's ok!

The support guy sent to me by e-mail a prepaid code with my time gold remaining (10 months).

Try you too contact the support because I got the sollution by it.

I had the same problem and was given a prepaid card which every time I try and redeem says it can't be reddened at present, I've been on live chat 3 times plus 3 phone calls all long and have had no resolve please someone help

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Redownload your profile
