    It says that I don't have a gold membership when I go onto a game, but when I enter a trial code in it tells me that I do have a gold membership. Any ideas?

    I have an Xbox gold membership and it was working fine for a month and now it says I don't have a gold membership. I had purchased the yearly membership. Please help.

    You may please remove your profile from your console once and then have it reinstalled. Pse check if this fixes your problem. If not pse post back for further assistance.
