Xbox one says 'Connect to Xbox live' when i am connected too wifi

when i go to play xbox on the side it says connect to xbox and i press it and nothing happens then when i go too see if anything is wrong with the wifi it connects fine and i have no problem with it. ive tried a hard reset disconnecting the wifi restarting
the wifi and nothing seems too be happening? it would usually happen a couple times a week and i would do all the things that i said earlier that i tried but nothing is happening? xbox is only 3 months old too. help would be greatly appreciated!

Xbox one wont work with my wifi network

My Xbox one used to connect to Xbox live but now it wont connect to Xbox live. When I test my network status it says im fine but when i test my NAT type it tells me it cannot get a teredo IP. I have tried everything to fix this but it wont work with my wifi
network. When i plug it into ethernet it works fine and connects and it even works when connected to my phones hotspot but not when connected to my wifi network.

smartglass question

I don't see what the point is with the new feature of being able to download and buy games from SmartGlass. I tried using it when I was at work says my phone has to be connected to the same network as my xbox one. Am i missing something? Also it said i can only connect with wifi.

Hi, on your Xbox go to settings/ all settings/ network/ advanced settings/ alternate MAC address, select the clear option and then the restart option.

When the Xbox has restarted give things another try.

If that doesn't help try removing and adding your account back to the Xbox.

Ok.. My Xbox one is saying I am connected to wifi and everything and I go to sign into a New Xbox live account and it says I am Not connected.. When I check it, it says everything is connected and working. But it isn't. It Will not let me use internet at

I am having a problem with connecting to any xbox live, I moved to a new house and had a different wifi company and it won't let me connect at all. It says there's wifi but when I try connecting it loads for a long time and then says it won't connect and

When I test Xbox Live Connection I get an error saying that I have an Internet Error and my wifi can't connect to the internet but my wifi is connecting to my pc internet, but when I just sign back in I automatically connect to Xbox Live. When I play games
that do not require Xbox Live my Xbox Live never disconnects, this only happens when I play online games that require Xbox Live. I had one corrupt file but it was in games and apps, it was an incomplete download.

Okay so what happen is when i connect to the school WIFI it says it cant connect. the suggested fixes are restarting the router, which i can't do since it's a campus shared router. the other fix was manually entering the WIFI info which was done but still
not working. The IT said that it was my xbox saying it was too old to connect to any WIFI systems and that there was nothing i could do except may talk to someone about fixing the xbox it's self. the thing that confuses me is that if it is my xbox as they
say wouldn't that mean i could connect to any WIFI. I connected it to the WIFI at my friends house, my house and even the WIFI at the hotel when my family came to visit.
