Xbox one says achievements aren't supported for Hades

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Before we look into further troubleshooting options, are you accessing the game through Quick Resume? This may sometimes cause an error when unlocking achievements for Hades.

I understand that you have already tried shutting down your game and console completely, but please follow the steps below even if they seem a little repetitive;

1) Close out of Hades completely by using the menu button to select the game, then selecting quit

2) Once the game is closed out, fully power down your Xbox console. Instead of using the shortcut with your controller, navigate to Settings > Power mode & start-up > Full shut-down

3) Turn your console back on and boot up Hades again

For some users, they will notice that their achievements will unlock after loading your most recent save. However, if you're still running into the issue, please submit a report to us using the steps found in this article: Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support

I found after several hours of digging throught Xbox Support tweets that achievements was having trouble. The issue was corrected in the morning.

what happens if the child account logs into the Xbox Companion App, which is available on PC, Android and iOS? Does it receive the same message when looking at achievements on the profile?

This is to determine if the issue is Profile related or console related.

If the same message appears on the App then it's best to double check things on the account via
http://account.microsoft.com to verify that all data is correct and up to date, like subscriptions etc.

Also go to http://account.xbox.com/settings and check the privacy and online safety settings to see if all is set up, I don't think there is a achievements one, but just to be sure.

If it only happens on the console then please try the following:

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

If that doesn't work then it may be needed to Remove and Redownload the profile again, keep in mind that this will require the account credentials.

I saw recently another gamer reporting something similar regarding the Xbox achievements. This could be a temporary issue, if you don't mind. Please try waiting a couple of hours and check again the achievements section.

Meanwhile, can you try checking your achievements on the Xbox app?
