Xbox one saying i'm logged in elsewhere

I've just had a message pop up to say I've been logged out as I signed in elsewhere. To my knowledge I have never logged in to my Xbox account on any other console and as i'm sitting in front of it I can't be anywhere else.

I've just updated via preview program to the newest version of the os which includes the dreaded Cortana but wondering if anyone else has seen this and if I should be worried about my account security?

Banned but the date ended 4 months ago

I was playing on live when it logged me out and said that my account was logged in elsewhere. when i tried to log back in there was a message saying that my account was banned but for the date of 07/11/2013. This makes no sense obviously since that was almost
4 months ago. There is something severely messed up with my account.

Is my account even more compromised?

I had to make a service call the afternoon of the 1st about my account possibly being compromised. I have one-two current investigations going on because it effected multiple accounts. Now, it continues signing me out saying that I am logged in elsewhere.
Could this me the tech crew investigating my account? What should I do?

Hi there, so you've never logged in at a friends house or anything like that?

I'm having the same problem. I was playing an online game when it popped up saying Profile signed in elsewhere or something and now I cant log back in.

Can you please give more information on where are you trying to login your account? Are you trying to link your Microsoft account to a game? If this is the case, can you please let me know what game?

Is it saying that your account has been signed in elsewhere?

You can only be signed into one type of xbox console One/360 at a time so if it is saying you are being signed in elsewhere you would want to go to account.microsoft.com and change your password and that will then require the any console that your profile
is on to sign in with the new password and if they dont know the new password then they wont be able to sign into your account.

Well, that didn't make any sense. Did you say that you will or will not get the same Xbox back? They just send you a replacement? I'm not concerned about that. I'll just look elsewhere.
