    Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership.


    Just got the Xbox One in the mail from a Black Friday deal. I purchased a month by month subscription and its been billed on my CC, but my Xbox One is functioning as if I have a silver membership. I can log in to Destiny and everything, but it won't let
    me access certain parts of the game; it tells me I need to upgrade to gold to access it.

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    Hey Gizos!

    Sorry about all the trouble you're having with your gold subscription!

    I'd highly suggest you contact Xbox Phone Support through the
    Contact Us     page here on the Xbox website since they're the best equipped to help with billing issues such as this.

    I've also taken a quick look around the forums for reports of similar issues, and in each thread I've found, Xbox Support members have suggested that same route.

    Good luck, and I hope you get this straightened out soon! Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership. :D
