Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership.

My Xbox says I don't have Gold Membership whIle I bought a year of it 5-6 months ago or so. Any suggestions or help?

 

It says I dont have a subscription to Xbox live but I have the 12 month which is to renew in 2015. I try to buy a new subscription but it tells me only a limited of these are allowed on any one account.

I just tried it didnt work ! I paid my membership 1 week ago and it says that i need to pass gold ?? Cant figure it out i played and then bam stop workin

It says I have gold membership so i tried to play but then it says you have to purchase another gold membership. Therefore i tried to purchase a year of membership but it said you can't buy this because you already had one. I am upset because 1 day it worked
and the next my xbox one won't operate the way it was supposed to. I hope i didn't waste 500 dollars. Also i have had this xbox one since december. It all doesn't make sense

 

Guys.. I had same problem on last 36 hours. Tried to contact online support yesterday and the guy just said "remove this, redownload that, thats your account problem, you should have to migrate to another live, i'm sorry, could you call our support later?".

After I checked that my subscription was fine on xbox 360 I was sure that this is a common XOne issue.

So, an hour ago, i contact the online chat support again, told whats was going on and asked to cancel my membership and give me a code with same period that i had.

Surprise!!! It worked and i'm Gold Member "again" for my XOne.

So, guys, that was quick and an easy resolution. If you still have this issue, you can solve this on online chat easily.

And NO! Thats not your ACCOUNT problem. Its XONE common issue/bug!

I hope they can see this and fix on next updates!

Those steps did not work for me, this is ridiculous , paid a good amount of for this console and the 360 runs so much better. No apps crashed, auto sign in was so much easier thank god they allowed us to have it on the ONE now. Downloaded games need to
be uninstalled and re installed way to often list goes on and on,, get your stuff together xbox, cmon.
