Xbox One Saved data issues

Ever since the April Update, I have been unable to access any of my saved data files for games, like my 2k myplayer is deleted, along with all my borderlands characters. Whenever I try to play a game that is bought on my hard drive (like both assassin's
creed black flag and Unity) it just won't load passed the start menu. Whenever i do play a game now, once I turn my xbox off all that progress is then deleted and not saved. I have to set the Brightness and Screen Size every single time I open call of duty
because it thinks its my first time playing the game. Anyone else with this issue please just lemme know because I dont know if this is my hard drive's own problem or if this was something that was caused by the update. I take very good care of my console
and it is only 4 months old. thanks

I'm having trouble playing Quantum Break today. It says it can't sync my save data (a pretty common issue), but Xbox Support isn't responding and it appears Xbox Live is working fine. Help?

Could you check how much storage space you have left simply by going to my games and apps. You could also contact Microsoft

yeah I still have 100gb free

 

and yes i will obviously be contacting microsoft dont worry i just didnt know if there was anyone having the same issue
