Xbox one s

My xbox has been acting slow for a while and now two days before it stopped working it will do the black screen of death where it will not turn on and if you factory restart it which i did it will still not work it will also get stuck on xbox original avatar update and most importantly it will not let me play a game. A plethora of things happen. I click on the game it says for some reason it is taking long to start try again. Then it will also go black if i click on a game. It will say error code and will not work. Sometimes if i click on a game it will literally just stay there and do nothing! It says something went wrong blah blah blah what is going on. Also the xbox will freeze. Note that the xbox has been dropped a few times maybe that may have done this. Its so bad that it wont even let me sign in. I really dont know what to do. This was very random
