Xbox One S

Alright guys, my name is Michael. I have a pretty serious issue with my console. It's an Xbox One S, bought brand new for Black Friday. It worked great for thr first few months. Hiwever, all of a sudden it just stopped. I talked to an agent to try and
resolve the issue and we came to terms it needed to be sent in for a service repair. Got it back worked fine for about a week, got it back and now the issues have returned. Albeit, not as serious as before. The console takes about an hour to load up. When
it does, I get the message "dashboard took too long to start" the console freezes in the middle of games forcing me to shut off the console and wait another whole hour to return to gaming again. Can't install owned games as the console will then freeze and
again, force me to shut it down. I don't understand what's going on. I figured since I sent it in for repairs the problems would be resolved. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I personally think the hardware is just faulty.
