couple months ago, YouTube app started crashing so i removed it. but it started happening to other apps, firstly just saying its taking too long to start. Now it just stops. pressing the home key often brings up the side bar with no details filled in and
then it is effectively frozen until I hard reset the console.

Sometimes it turns on, then turns straight back off again and other times it will stay on for an hour or so, gaming and there not be a problem. But its only a matter of time before it crashes again. I've tried factory resets etc

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.

How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!
