    it urn my console on and it signs me in but it comes up with a blank screen i hold the home button on the controller and the turn off or restart menu comes up i cancel that i get a message something went wrong try again if this problem persists go to xbox.com/errorhelp
    and the error is 0x80070490 and it comes up for xbox 360 but nothing for my console and i can't access anything on the console

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.

    Xbox One S or Xbox Series S? The game is not available on the One if you're trying to download it to a One S.
