I appear to have an intermittent vibrating noise now and again which appears to come from the disc drive, the game I'm playing freezes

stopping continued play. Which makes me think the disc drive is faulty.

The only way for me to fix it at the moment is to press the menu button on the controller and restart the game.

If anyone could advise me as to what the problem may be I would appreciate it very much as I'm thinking it may be a mechanical and I'm thinking I may have to a professional for replacement part or parts.

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.

How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!
