Ok so i have this problem and i am completely baffled by this problem, my console reads 360 discs and blu ray discs no problem, but as soon as i insert a xbox one disc it doesn't read it. i just keep getting the error code ''0x82d40004'' i did try the
solutions they gave me i did switch instant on to energy saving and still nothing. the games work on my friends xbox but not mine is there anyway to fix this or should i get a new one ?

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
