I have a xbox one s console that has been banned from xbox box live. On the xbox website, it indicates that it does not affect the console, which is not true. If the person wants to go offline to play games, the console will allow you to do so. We
have tried and tried again to go offline to play games but it is not allowing us to do so. We have called microsoft time and time again, but yet and still the console will not let us play the games offline regardless of what was mentioned on the website about
xbox banned consoles. Therefore this is a total waste of money if we cannot play the games offline. Is there anyone else that I can contact regarding this matter?

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
