Hi

my son xbox one s when you turn it on you get the title screen come up then the screen goes blank! I have tryed the cold reboot by pressing the button for ten seconds then turn it back on and its still the same. This as not solved the issue! Yesterday it
was xbox live playing up and now this. What else can i try? He as only had the xbox one s since chritmas last year.

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
