Discus and support Xbox one S in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I purchased an xbox one S only two months ago and now when I switch it on, it switches itself off.     I purchased an xbox one S only two months ago and now when I switch it on, it switches itself off. I have tried a new power cable but that didn't solve the problem. Any help/advice is appreciated.

    Xbox One FAILS at 4k Rendering

    The player above is correct the current Xbox one console cannot render 4k resolution on the Xbox one S has that feature at the moment.

    Make sure there is nothing blocking the vents on the console and if not then you will need to contact support directly for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Hello Robert,

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue today.

    If you have tried a new cable and your console is directly connect to the wall outlet, then it seems that you will need to get your console serviced. If you would like to get your console repaired, then I would go ahead and either contact Xbox Customer Support
    as previously posted or to
    Device Support     to get it done online.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
