    the xbox when turning on is going to the green screen with xbox written in the middle and will not go any further it then will not turn off without unplugging it, any help of info to resolve this would be appreciated

    Xbox One FAILS at 4k Rendering

    The player above is correct the current Xbox one console cannot render 4k resolution on the Xbox one S has that feature at the moment.

    Hi Jake,

    I would suggest to go through our troubleshooting article:
    "I need help with system updates on my Xbox One"

    Take these steps on the article:

    1. "I need to troubleshoot a system update error"
    2. Choose your Xbox
    3. Choose "I am experiencing a startup issues"
    4. Choose the screen you're stuck on.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
