    XBOX ONE S


    Console 3 months old.Grandson is now unable to play games already installed.Message always coming up to say ERROR occurred.Also paying subscription monthly for X BOX LIVE and cannot now cancel same.Would appreciate any help/suggestions.

    Xbox One FAILS at 4k Rendering

    The player above is correct the current Xbox one console cannot render 4k resolution on the Xbox one S has that feature at the moment.

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    Since you mentioned a subscription please double check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services     to see if the subscription is showing there and if it's showing any issues.

    If the subscriptions shows and there are no issues and you still can't cancel the subscription then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    Does your grandson has his own profile? If so, I would look at the privacy settings to make sure age restrictions is not the issue.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
