    Xbox One S.


    Hi, my Xbox One S is not working. I have tried rebooting the system by turning it off for at least 10 secs and unplugging the power cable for 30 secs. The power seems to be running once its on (white light on console) but there is no video or game. I tried
    to take it back to Target where I purchased it from as its within the 12 month warranty, but they said that I have to contact Microsoft and go through the process. How do you contact Microsoft? other than chat forums?

    Xbox One FAILS at 4k Rendering

    The player above is correct the current Xbox one console cannot render 4k resolution on the Xbox one S has that feature at the moment.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
