    I signed into my account on my Xbox. I tried playing my games that I downloaded without putting the disk in, like I did before. This time it won't let me. It says I need to sign into Xbox live, but I'm already signed in??

    Xbox One FAILS at 4k Rendering

    The player above is correct the current Xbox one console cannot render 4k resolution on the Xbox one S has that feature at the moment.

    Hey there Bwil2016.

    Is it possible you were signed in with a different Xbox Live profile when you purchased games on your previous Xbox One? If so, try signing into one of those other profiles on your Xbox One S and download the game from there.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
