    hello. i have a little problem, I bought bf1 ( disc ) and after I install it and trying to play the screen turns black and after a while it goes back to the home screen. anyone had a problem like this and can help me? everything is brand new. thanks

    Xbox One FAILS at 4k Rendering

    Hey there!

    That doesn't like expected behavior. To cover the obvious first - after you install and are trying to launch Battlefield 1, you do have your disc in your console, correct? I realize this may be a silly question but I want to be sure we cover everything. It
    sounds like your game is crashing when you try to load it up. Do you get an error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide to us by any chance? I would recommend trying to

    reinstall     the game if the behavior persists.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
