    Hi I need some help my sons Xbox one S will not work the HDMI out port appears to be broken. and I do not know what to do? This was a gift for Christmas and now all it does is collect dust and make a large paper weight please help what do I do ? thanks Shane.

    Xbox One FAILS at 4k Rendering

    Just do these two quick tests first to rule out a fault with either the cable or your TV

    Try using another HDMI cable and also try plugging into another HDMI input on the TV?

    And if it`s definitely a fault with the console then take it back to where you bought it from.

    The easiest thing to do would be to pack it back into its box, and take it back to the shop where you bought it and ask for a replacement.

    Seriously how difficult is it to understand these things?

    You bought a faulty product, these things happen, it happens in every industry on the planet, as long as items are made by man there will be errors made.

    So like I said, take it back to the store where you bought it and demand a replacement, as long as you still have proof of purchase your golden.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
