Xbox One S/X not getting video output

I just had my One X stop outputting video, attempted on multiple cables/ports/tvs with no change. I ended up shipping this for support as it was under warranty. Now, my One S is experiencing the same thing. I have tried to factory reset via flash drive
with no luck, any other suggestions? My controller will not even connect to the console when wired directly to it.

I need the standards supported by XBox One S for 3D Playback

I have an issue with 3D. I've called my equipment vendor for support, and they asked me to supply the 3D standards supported by the XBox One S for 3D video output.

I looked online and did not find a list of supported standards for the XBox One S. What I need is the HDMI version, HDCP version, the video output formats (pixel X and Y, interlaced vs progressive, pixel bit length, as well as the color standards supported
(color space, deep color, HDR (if any), and Chroma subsample standards (4:4:4, 4:2:0, etc). So, I need a full list of what is supported for 3D output by the XBox One S. Can someone provide the full list of supported standards for 3D.

No 4K without HDR (xbox one x)

you need hdr for 4k output

Uhd and hdr are required for 4k output

Unless you have an xbox one s not a x

You can't play in 4k

4k is only for.movies or streaming sources which require both uhd and hdr

But.xbox.one x will do 4k gaming

 

Hi! Are you sure you console is worked? Is the Xbox light is ON? You need repair it soon as possible

Also try different HDMI cable.

Try to connect it to different TV.

If not, your ports should be damaged and I recomment to service it as it is under warranty. Hope it helps.
