    Xbox one S won't work after game update.


    I was downloading the Fallout 76 update when I noticed it was taking an extremely long time. I let the download finish and tried to play Fallout 76 which ran so slow it was impossible to play. When I tried to restart my Xbox it stopped at the black screen
    so I followed directions and did a hard reset. Now I cannot get any controller to sync using a cable or not; I tried two different ones. I turn the Xbox on by the button on the front, I get the controllers to flash but they will not connect. The Xbox shuts
    off after a minute or so. How do I perform a factory reset without being able to use a controller and which file do I use??

    Xbox One starts for a second and then shuts down.

    An update on my situation.... i also had to do a replacement service with them. Got a new one yesterday and works, fine, hopefully this one won't do the same thing after the warranty expires! :-s, they also sent me a 1month xbox live user code. it's something
    i suppose.

    Is it a One S or a Series S? The game is not compatible with a One so if you have a One S it won't work.

    I have the same issue, since the update FH 5 won't work with my TX wheel on Xbox one S. The sound is distorted and there is a massive input lag. Motorsport 7 works fine however.

    The minecart "elevator" doesn't work on xbox anymore after the update they did in april, I had one and after the update ladders and signs won't hold the cart in place anymore they just slide right though it.
