Xbox one S won’t update

I just bought this brand new Xbox One S and it will not update. My network connection says “Its all good” but will not update it. I cannot access settings because I’m still in the setup cause the xbox is brand new. Ive tried reseting it, power cycling,
and factory reset but nothing works. It then gives me an error code, when i search it up says the update doesn’t exist and all xbox servers are up and running.

Did you find a solution to this , I’m installing MW3 on a Xbox one s by disc it installs all packets but won’t update and I can’t open the game until it updates everytime it starts it says installation stopped

No it won’t, only a plain Xbox one and Xbox x|s will work for Disney infinity

You can try following this link to try and do a offline update if that does not work the only other thing we can reccomend is to return the xbox to where you got it from.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on what to do in this instance. I can definitely see how this could be pretty disheartening. If you're receiving errors after the troubleshooting detailed in the prompt, I would then say to get it exchanged
where you got it or to set up a repair order through
device support, which would be free within warranty.

Hello, is this update you are trying to download the one for when you are installing your xbox for the first time?

Have you tried disconnecting your wireless or internet and then reconnecting?
