Xbox One S wont turn on

My Xbox one s shut itself off yesterday while my fiancé was playing it and wouldn't turn back on. We've tried unplugging it, resetting it and everything else we can think of to turn it back on all that happens is the light comes on and shuts right back
off, no matter what we do the system will not turn back on. I would just get a new one eventually but one of our brand new discs for it is now stuck in the Xbox and we cant get it out.

So yesterday for example the power went down but the xbox would turn on just fine.Today i couldnt turn it on like the other 2 times and there was a electrical sound coming from it but when i unplugged it and plugged it back it turned on no problem and
still wirks fine.Why is that is this nornal?Is there a fuse blown?

It sounds like your console may need to be sent in for some serving. To arrange that just follow the steps provided here

It sounds like it's a ventilation issue to me but I'm just guessing at that.
