    I've seen the typical answers about unplugging the xbox, letting the power supply reset after 10-30 seconds, and then plugging it back in but this is different. Granted, my xbox started off with the above problem (it still wouldn't turn on unless I let it
    rest for 16-24 hours), but now what's happened, is it doesn't even turn on, but the moment I plug in the power chord it makes this continuous nonstop chirping sound and the power button doesn't even make any sound anymore and it doesn't even turn on at all.
    I'm suspecting a power supply failure because I'm living in a pretty old building and I'm thinking it was a power surge... But I need help! I just moved to Taiwan so it's freaking expensive to ship my xbox back to the States and get it repaired, so if it's
    simply a power supply thing, I'd love to do it myself here, but I need to know for sure that it's a power supply issue... video is included below, anyone have any answers?
