I was playing ds 3 and everything was normal and suddenly i had a message that tell i have to delete my saves on my xbox , i didn't pay attention to the message and continue playing but the fps dropped to like 15 or 10 and the Xbox froze , i turned it off , when i tried to turn it nothing showed up on the TV , it do that beep sound and the fan turns on normally but nothing on TV , i tried to enter the recovery mode ( pressing the eject button...) but i couldn't , someone here did have the same problem and figured that his Hard drive was dead , is there anything else i should try before buying a new hard drive?

You can't have some access, in the way that Microsoft accounts works there's only access or no access, recovery emails won't be received on the account you try to recover, will go to the contact email that you complete during the process of getting the verification code

But if you don't get a positive recovery form, means you are not giving the correct information or not enough, that's why you should follow the suggestions from the links I shared previously

There's no other way to recover an account

Unfortunately if you no longer have access to the email for the account, or the security contact information is outdated for a password reset or two-step verification, then you won't be able to recover that account. Digital content or progress cannot be
transferred from one account to another, so if you've lost access to that account then you won't be able to access the digital games purchased on that account.

You cannot recover your account using the recovery form if you have two-step verification turned on. The only way to turn off two-step verification is by logging into account.microsoft.com. The account recovery form is only if you know your email but forgot
the password.

I already know the xbox one HDMI port is not a passthrough. I wish it was. my xbox one is in Instand On mode and if its turned off, the TV won't work. It has to be left on. so my question is if its ok for the xbox to be turned on at all times, not in
sleep mode.
