    Xbox One S won’t stay turned on


    Went away for a week and went to turn my xbox one s on and It wont stay turned on. Press the power button and the start up beep noise will work and the light will come on but there is not signal on the tv and the light will go off after 10 seconds. I have
    tried to reset the console using the sync button, unplugged for 10 seconds, I have tried everything.

    It may need to be sent in to be serviced. Was there any storms or anything while you were away? My friend had this happen to their console after it was plugged in during a storm, even using a surge protector.
