XBOX One S wont Start

After doing every bit of troubleshooting there exists under the support pages for "Xbox not turning off"

Reseting the display (Eject + Power)

Reseting the power Cycle ( Unplug , Plug , Eject + bind + power )

But my XB one S , starts with its signature sound (and Fan ), but dies after about a couple of minutes.

My last resort was to connect with Xbox Support , and understand the Device Service Order for India.

The customer number (India) provided does not support Xbox as a category and gets disconnect after a weird message in Chinese.

As a last resort I posted the query/request on Twitter here to Xbox Support , Microsoft Help etc , but after 3 days still havn't received a response on
the same.

I wont to point out the scenario of service provided by Xbox in India , which they tout as an emerging and focused margin where a customer cannot even get connected to the support to shell out an additional cash for repairs

You may need to replace the disk in the console. Lower cost SATA SSD are an option now for a console to move up to faster performance. 500GB SSD prices are very reasonable and 1TB units are falling fast.

Well I tried that as well , One time it worked and was happy about it but at the present moment its a brick , I tried keeping it idle for a day unplugged

Tried to restart it again , but it wont just start/boot up. Starts with the LED light on , Fan goes up , No boot logo , and eventually dies

This might sound crazy but Hear me out I’ve had the same problems with my Xbox and what I did was simply either unpluged the power cord or restarted the console

Hi, sorry for that issue, but in the forum you can't get in touch directly to Xbox Support team, here you can find volunteers like me and other Ambassadors.

Instead of atelephone number, have you tried to chat with an Xbox Support operator? I'm in Italy and never had trouble chatting with support, they always find a solution for me.

If you are with in the warrenty

Go to Microsoft website check the authorised repair centers.

If you claim that you can get new xbox

If you are out of warrenty you need to pay for repair.
