xbox one s wont sign in

i have just completed a factory reset and an ofline update on my xbox one s, i have made it to the home screen but when i try to add an account it just keeps spinning untill it times out and does nothing

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

Let me know if the behavior is the same.

There is a difference between the Xbox one S, and the S series..

And it wont run on a Xbox one S... That is total BS in my opinion..

That is correct! The next generation of Xbox One S wont feature a disc drive. While other Xbox One S with disc drives will be available.

So xbox series S wont look any better on this monitor than my XBOX One looks currently i wont get 2K on this then

Lol,you are not going to get an xbox one x as a replacement for a xbox one s.

You'll either get the same console back or a replacement xbox one s which wont be a new console either.
