Xbox One S won't reset, or do offline updates

For the past couple of weeks, my Xbox has been freezing and crashing all the time. I tried resetting but then it would get stuck at 50%. Now when I turn it on it gives a 'Something went wrong'

I've tried:

Restarting the Xbox

Hard resetting the Xbox

Unplugging the power, HDMI cord and ethernet from the Xbox for the whole night

Then I tried resetting the console again via the troubleshooting screen, choosing the 'remove everything' option but it would stop downloading at around 65% and give me the 'Something Went Wrong' and the E203
error, and I go to the Xbox support website and it tells me to do an Offline Update

I tried doing the offline update, it got halfway through step two and it would give me a different error code, E102

Is there any solution to this?

I recommend to contact the support and ask for a virtual agent. That could be something wrong with the disk.

I have tried both the factory reset and the offline system update. I even ran the offline system update a second time. Is there anything else I can do or do I have to send it to get repaired? If yes, how would I do that, and does the xbox one s have standard warranty for at least 2 years

I have the same problems black screen says troubleshoot it's a Xbox One s system error e10 2 00000 c01-8007003 I've tried factory resetting it I have a flash drive in the back right now but the offline system update won't let me click on it

Does that mean then, that the newest update will not come on it?

I mean if the factory reset through Offline doesn't work.

Might mean that it won't get new update too.

Or it might be the broken hard drive?

What do you think about it?

I got the Xbox One S from someone, and I didn't know that it might be broken or so.

All I know is that it's not banned and that someone used it also for browsing and so.

And that actually it is not under warranty anymore, which is obvious I guess.

If that doesn't work then try a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them. Follow the instructions at this link to do that https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
