    Xbox one s won't register


    Just bought a brand new Xbox One S, it was working great the last 2 days, turned it on this morning and it freezes on home screen. Tried troubleshooting and didn't help. Did a factory reset got all the way through to sign into my Microsoft account and
    now it won't register with the tv. It has power to it, I nothing else.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Have you switched on HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour in the GENERAL settings menu on your TV for the HDMI port thats connected to your One S because its set to off by default and until you switch this On the One S won't register the correct settings needed to
    display HDR.
