Xbox One S Won't Power On

I was gaming yesterday, and my Xbox One S just shut off I bought it new and have had it for less than a year. I didn't lose power, the Xbox wasn't hot or overheating. I tried to power it back on, and it would act like it was going to startup but then
it would power back off after a second or two.

I looked around online and found some general troubleshooting manuals. I unplugged the power cord from the console and the wall for at least 10 seconds. Then plugged it all back in, but the console still wouldn't power on. So I called Xbox support. The
support was very disappointing. He asked three times what console I had. Then, he suggested I try different outlets. Different outlets didn't fix the issue. Then he said I could send it back to Microsoft for $190. Which is well over half the price of
a new console. So I asked him if this was a common problem and if there were any other ways I could try to fix it. His response was "No, I don't know". I said you don't know? He said, "no, I don't know why it's not turning on."

Anyway, is there anyone who has had a similar issue and knows how to fix it?

Unfortunately, there's no way to know where the defect is and we can't even recommend you self-repair the console. You can order Microsoft now or take it to a store in your city.
