Xbox one S won’t load up

I’m on Xbox one s and I’m having problems running mycareer on nba 2k22 it won’t load in just send me back to Home Screen how can I fix this

Has anyone found a way to fix this I’m on Xbox one at the NBA draft but won’t let me play it just goes back to Xbox homepage

I have the same question has anyone figured it out . I also bought a Xbox series s and I also have to live in extended stay America and it won’t pick up the WiFi or load atleast . How can I get connected to there WiFi

I know that I registered my Xbox One S but it doesn’t show up in devices. I tried registering it again but it won’t let me do do it.

No it won’t, only a plain Xbox one and Xbox x|s will work for Disney infinity

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently unable to load games on your console.

At this state, I would have to recommend that you use the troubleshoot menu to perform a soft

factory reseton your console.

To pull up the troubleshoot menu, you can follow these steps:

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.

1. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
2. Listen for two "power-up" tones a couple of seconds apart.

Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any "power-down" chirps, that also means this failed.

1. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
2. When the console restarts, select Reset this console.
3. Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Keep in mind that this will remove all your profiles on your console, and Home Xbox associations. However, all of you games will be kept In tack to allow you to get back to gaming as quickly as possible.
