    Xbox One S won't launch games


    Hi,

    I have a Xbox One S that will not launch any of my games whether from disk or digital. When opening games, it takes me to where you sign in or press enter, and as soon as I press a button, it crashes instantly. I've already tried restarting, unplugging,
    rebooting, resetting, and factory resetting my console. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled my game, and have done some other things I've seen on youtube, but nothing has worked. I am in the process of doing the offline system update with USB right now,
    but I'm not getting my hopes up at all. Support told me I should send my xbox in to get repaired, but I do not want to spend almost $200 to fix my $300 console I've only had for one and a half years. Is there anything else I can do?

    Games won’t start there no error or nothing

    Check your network connection. You may need to restart your network hardware to reestablish a connection to your ISP.
    Would a network issue stop games from launching?

    OP: Which platform are you on? Xbox (XB1 or Series X/S) or PC? Is it all games or just particular ones? When you say loading, do you mean the game won't launch or they won't install?

    The 'new Xbox' you are referring to isn't a whole new machine, it's just a standard
    Xbox One S without the UHD BD-Drive. A new gen gen console won't launch until at least the end of 2020.

    Is it a One S or a Series S? The game is not compatible with a One so if you have a One S it won't work.
