Xbox one s wont display all pictures

I've got the same issue just happened with GTA on disc. Did you get any response?

I tried this my xbox did come on to a screen with continue factory reset usb update, I ran the usb update and it didn't fix the issue xbox still freezing up after a while of gameplay and then not turning back on till I repeat this process a couple times

It sounds like there could be a hardware issue going on and a repair may be the best solution if it's happening in all games. If you contact our chat/phone teams they can look into the warranty status.

I tried all these solutions. None worked though I did get it to a troubleshooting screen with options for restart, turn off, reset Xbox. Tried the pick the reset but the screen just stayed on this screen and froze. Checked this online and the only other
option was to select a repair for £100 which I've had to pick as it's my sons means of communication with the outside world due to illness.

What's concerning is that it was the same game - GTA - that made both consoles, on this thread, crash. This game was recently updated as I understand. I hope that it wasn't due to a game that the console crashed as it may happen again.
