xbox one S won't connect to tv.

    Hello Rapi6s,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Normally, turning on the console the way you explained would set the screen to low resolution mode (640 × 480). Since your screen is still blank when trying to start the console, id like to check if you can
    reach the troubleshooting menu :

    1. If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
    2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.
    3. Turn on your console by holding the Controller sync button on your console and the
console power button until you here the 2 start up beeps

If your console launches in troubleshooting mode, then you can try resetting your console while keeping games and apps downloaded. Select reset console to start. Please note you will have to re-download any profiles you sign into on that console. Make sure
you know your email and password before completing the step.

    Let us know the results!

    No signal on TV

Hi, Praveen my name is Oskayra, and will be a pleasure help you

It's understandable that you're facing this issue with your Xbox One S console not displaying a signal on the TV in Japan. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check the HDMI cable connection: Ensure the HDMI cable is firmly connected to both the Xbox One S and the TV. Disconnect and reconnect both ends of the cable to ensure a secure connection.

Try a different HDMI cable: If possible, try using a different HDMI cable to rule out any issues with the original cable.

Change HDMI input on the TV: Check the TV's input settings and ensure that you are on the correct HDMI input port connected to the Xbox One S.

Power cycle the Xbox One S: Turn off the Xbox One S completely by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console shuts down. Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn on the console.

Update the Xbox One S software: Ensure that the Xbox One S is running the latest software updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for any available updates.

Try different HDMI ports on the TV: If your TV has multiple HDMI ports, try connecting the Xbox One S to a different HDMI port.

Check for TV compatibility issues: Check if your TV is compatible with the resolution and refresh rate settings of the Xbox One S. You can adjust these settings in the Xbox One S's video settings.

Try a different TV: If possible, try connecting the Xbox One S to a different TV to rule out any issues with your current TV.

I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions or need additional clarification.

XBOX One S won't connect to Panasonic TV

Sounds more like an issue with the tv than the xbox.

I had a Panasonic tv & it started acting up a couple of weeks ago & while searching online for a solution I found that a lot of people have issues with Panasonics after a while.

In the end I bit the bullet & bought a 4K TV as it was about the same price of getting mine repaired but I know that's not an option for everyone.

As you've tried pretty much everything i'd suggest the only other thing would be to reset the tv but how to do that would depend on what model it is.

Xbox One S not recognizing full 4K capabilities through 4K AV receiver

My TV doesn't support HDR at all but it is 4k capable. I have tried having the XBOX One S directly connected to the TV and through the receiver with no luck getting anything 4k out of the One S.
