we bought for christmas an xbox one s with free dark vertex code, we did not know how to play fortnite and free dark vertex code has been redeemed earlier then epic account has been created. I could play only 1 day with dark vertex skin.

Could you please help me to restore this dark vertex skin - Order number 9469852192 - and how could I use it in the future?

I aleardy try it and the dark vertex code is microsoft store code so it doesn't work on the epic game website.

I think i just need to connect in a xbox one and im gonna unlock it.
