Xbox One S Wireless connectivity issues

I have a new AT&T U-verse router model 5268AC. I've tried a billion things and keep getting "Can't find IP Address" error whenever I test the connection. However, everything works fine when using a wired connection. I just brought this Xbox One S, so
it's a first time connection. I can stay in a wired setup, but would like to get my wireless working, My old Xbox One has no issues connecting to my new router as well as my pc. Why the trouble with Xbox One S? Very confusing. Please let me know how to
get around this. Yes, I've already tried the trouble shooter such as turning off the router for 5mins and restarting the xbox. Also tried clearing the alternate MAC address and restarting. All attempts failed with the same "Can't find IP address" error.
I've also added the MAC address of my xbox to the allowed MAC addresses on my router which has MAC filtering disabled. Thanks

Xbox One S WiFi Networking Connectivity Issues

I have been having the same connectivity issues on my xBox One, but only since the latest OS update. My brother who has a xBox One S hasn't had any connectivity issues, while I have had it lagg constantly. It makes me wonder if now they're trying what
apple did and slowing down old devices

No wireless connectivity

we recently purchased a one s and had no issues with connectivity the first week. However, it is not recognizing the network and will not allow online play. How can we fix this, as we purchased a year xbox live and cannot access it due to connectivity
issues.

Problem solved. Turned out that my new ATT Uverse router was bad. Once they replaced it, the problem went away and I connected immediately.

I now have a model: BGW210 ATT Uverse router instead and is more current.

This is a wired connection using Cable modem that wire connect to wireless Router that wire connect to Xbox One S.

Just want to give a update on my situation: I activated ipv6 on my router and my xbox one s was able to connect to my wifi. After a day or two I received the same problem again and got disconnected and signed out from xbox live randomly.

I decided to try a wired connection to my xbox one s and so far I'm having no problems connecting and I have both consoles on at the same time with open nats. My original xbox is on a wireless connection. I will continue to stay on a wired connection so
I can confirm it must be a wireless issue affecting only my new xbox one s.

If this controller was previously connected to the console but is no longer able to connect, you should repeat the connection process using the console’s connect button.
