Xbox one s wired connection instant on issue

Hi can anyone help,I have just received a new Xbox one s today and on wired connection I put into instant on and every time I turn it back on it says connect to Xbox live it is disconnecting from Xbox live when in instant on,no such issues with my elite
Xbox one,is it a faulty Ethernet port or a software problem on Xbox one slim

Thanks for the response, has anyone notices this issue having a secondary issue though for those who strictly use a wired connection and may be having issues with their wireless connection? My wireless connection hasn't worked properly for around a year
now but since it has worked fine wired I decided not to worry about sending it in.

Have you tried using a wired connection on this Xbox? If not, please try using a wired connection and see if you are still having the same issue since I see that you are having this issue with the wireless connection on the Xbox 360 S.

 

No idea, possibly try it with wireless. If it does the same thing then it may just be a slight bug.

 

It looks like it is a bug it's not perfect on wireless setting either,there is another thread on forum with others complaining about this,basically makes instant on pretty much broken at moment,reluctantly changed to energy saving mode for now
