    Xbox One S will not sync to my controller


    While playing GTA: V with my friends, my controller unexpectedly started disconnecting and reconnecting. Recognizing this wasn't normal, I called it a night and headed to bed. The next morning, I was determined to troubleshoot and fix the issue. However, to my frustration, my Xbox refused to go into syncing mode, and it didn't display any error codes on the HDMI Output. I'm currently at a loss for what to do and deeply disappointed that I can't play with my friends. If anyone knows a solution, please let me know. Thanks.

    Xbox One X (Eclipse Edition) will not power on.

    Same thing with my Xbox One S minus the noise. Have you tried syncing it with your controller and then turning it on by holding down the Xbox Logo button on it?

    my fault its the XBOX ONE S if thats makes any difference.

    If i ll reset the controller and not sync it as you mention, the wifi of the controller will still be on searching to connect on the console?

    October's update made my console garbage

    Same here... When you turn on the xbox one x (didnt check if it happens with xbox one s) from the controller, about 5 seconds after that it looses sync to it and wont re-sync until you shut down the controller and turn it on again, tried it on 3 different
    consoles with 6 different controllers, all that happened after the last update
