  1. Xbox One S will not switch to antenna channel in OneGuide

I bought a new Xbox One S to replace my Xbox One. I disconnected the Xbox One and reconnected the Xbox One S. Did all of the updates. I have an Antenna setup in which I went through the setup of the antenna and found 33 channels. When I bring up the OneGuide
I can see the channels on the antenna, but when I select a channel it brings me back to the OneGuide setup for Cable provider or Antenna. It doesn't switch me to the channel???

This worked perfectly on the Xbox One.... why doesn't it switch to the antenna channel???

    Thanks in advance

    T

    :)

Channel content doesn't show up in one guide but does at the bottom of the screen

I recently cut cable and bought the suggested Xbox One Digital Tuner and Mohu Antenna. Many of the HD channels that show up in the OneGuide don't contain any show information while in the OneGuide. When I select that channel the show information does show
up correctly on the bottom of the screen and when I select the View button. I have tried resetting OneGuide and rescanning the channels.

Thank you, sixsevenco. That worked great. I now have OneGuide with all of my HD channels. I'm missing the SD channels, like LiveWell, AntennaTV, This, Bounce, Grit, etc. I can live with that, because I never watched those channels anyway. Hopefully, the
Xbox team can fix the Antenna OneGuide or allow us to create our own, but at least there's a solution in the meantime.

    One Guide

Does the OneGuide show little channel numbers in the channel?

If it's like in Germany with satellite TV, it's because the channel numbers are not the same on every set top box.

Some cable networks have a fixed channel order, and OneGuide knows that on channel one, it's "ABC" on channel 2 it's "XYZ" and on channel 3 it's "HBO" and whatever.

However, on satellite TV, it might be because you can order the channels to your own preference, and since OneGuide can't know which order your channels are, they don't offer the possibility to switch, indicated by the channels not having a small grey number
    in the corner.

If OneGuide offers you a TV service with similar channel offerings like DirecTV, then you might try to choose that, and if you see small numbers in the corner, order your channels on your satellite set top box according to the channel ordering of that service.

If you DO have small grey numbers on your channels in OneGuide, make sure your set top box can receive the IR signals sent out by your console.

If you have an original Xbox One (not S or X model), make sure you have a Kinect sensor. Without Kinect, the original Xbox One has no means to send infrared commands.

If you do have a Xbox One S or X with built in IR blaster, take out your smartphone, and activate the camera. Point it to the infrared window of the console, and issue a channel switch command in OneGuide. Observe your camera, and see if the infrared blaster
    is blinking on the console.

if that's the case, make sure the set top box is positioned so, that it can detect the reflected infrared signals.

OneGuide on Xbox One Error: "We've lost your TV listing"

Having the same issue here. I use a TV Tuner with HD antenna. I’ve re-set it up twice. The system is finding the channels on setup but once i try launching Oneguide I get the same message “we’ve lost your channels...”

    Lost TV Lineup

    Started for me this morning.

I have an xbox one x and and s. Tuners on both. On the X I started getting this issue this morning. On the S it still works.

    So far I've tried.

    Swapping tuners with the S

Replacing coax cable from the antenna

    Tried all usb ports

Cleared all data from oneguide and rescanned (finds all the channels just fine)

Shut down completely and left unplugged for an hour.

So, it's definitely something software related that must have gotten pushed out last night.
