Xbox One S wifi problem

the wifi on my xbox one s does not work, i've tried all the proposed solutions given by the xbox and on the forums and none work, it used to work but it no longer does, however using a wired connection works fine but because of where the xbox is i cannot
connect it with a wired connection without having to rewire the entire house, any help would be greatly appreciated

no wifi connection when 4k is use

my xbox one s, can't connect to my wifi when the output video is 4k. when i choose 1080p i can connect my wifi. i've restore the xbox, and it not resolve my problem.

I can not use my xbox ons S console. It writes that "Xbox live problem. Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues. Sorry, there's a problem on our side". Please, help me to deal with the problem. Thanks, have a nice day. Németh Bálint (Hungary)

2.4Ghz has less bandwidth than 5Ghz however it is a more robust signal that travels farther. Not sure where your console is in relation to the wireless device but electronics/walls etc. all can alter the signal. you may be in a signal dense area where
other wireless devices on the same channel can affect how well you connect. If you are able to connect via a cable and maintain that without running a network cable thru your house/apartment then I would suggest you use the wired connection not the wireless.
Sounds like you have multiple routers in the same house as well that can certainly have an affect on maintaining a signal/connectivity.

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hola soy de Argentina y tengo una xbox one. Desde hace 7 días no puedo jugar en forma online. Llame a li compañía de internet y me.dijeron que todo estaba en orden en mi routers.....intente todo pero no puedo lograr entrar online. Especialmente en el gtaV.
Lo curioso que lleve mi consola a otra casa y si puedo entrar al online. El.problema esta en mi.router que la consola no lo.toma.....x favor necesito ayuda ya que tengo a mi hijo que está sufriendo muchisimo

Sometimes the hardware needs to be reset and this seems to do a good job of that.
