Discus and support Xbox One S Wifi Connectivity Issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've seen several posts about this already but since there is no official email to actually get into contact with Xbox support I will make my own post....     Xbox One S Wifi Connectivity Issues


    I've seen several posts about this already but since there is no official email to actually get into contact with Xbox support I will make my own post.

    My issue seems peculiar to others. Instead of me having little to no connectivity 100% of the time I am usually able to maintain a decent connection from anywhere between 5-20 minutes, afterwards my connection goes to ****.

    I highly doubt that it is a problem with my network because I am able to run my computer on the same network, playing the same games, with little problem with connectivity and the Xbox is right next to my computer so it shouldn't be a range issue.

    Need help troubleshooting wifi connectivity issues with my new xbox one s. I never had issues with my original xbox one, but after purchasing my xbox one s I get signed out or disconnected daily. I'm thinking this might be due to having two xbox one consoles
    on the same network, but the issues persist even if only one of them is turned on.

    If I do the console reset option that doesn’t remove games and apps on the Xbox series s, does it still remove all accounts as well?

    Thankyou for the response, I have other things connected to my WiFi and are having no issues with them so my WiFi is on and working, I even pulled out my Xbox one and it’s having the same issues, I’ve reset my Xbox series s, and It won’t even let me finish the setup stages because it just simply won’t connect.

    might be worth testing you xbox one s connection wired see if you still get the same issues. If not then at least we know it is to do with the wifi.

    Did this console used to connect to your wifi? If so, I had a similar issue with my Xbox One and my Xbox One S too. I fully shut down the consoles, took them outside and used a can of compressed air to clear out the vents of dust. That seemed to do the
    trick and helped somehow fix the wifi connection on both consoles.

    What specifically would allow the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter to connect while the built-in wifi would not?

    My Xbox 360 S detects a wireless signal with 4 bars, and I am testing it while sitting it right next to the modem, so there is no issue with signal strength.

    My Xbox 360 S's built-in wifi is able to connect to a hotspot, and it is even able to connect to my neighbor's wifi from my house.

    I had this issue. My Xbox s was hardwired but couldn't connect to live. I connected to WiFi instead and bam it works! good luck
