xbox one s water damange

i had the same problem on the 42's i thought mine wasnt pairing but i had a solid light. turns out that my optical cable was damanged

I have a xbox one s it just randomly started leaking water today i never seen that before

Never had a party and I don't have a little brother

Those were just examples, of how water could have been added to the console.

But the main idea of the post still counts:

The Xbox One S doesn't contain parts that contain water.

So unless water somehow entered the console before, no water can leak out.

And if water really leaked out, an external event happened, that put water in the console first.

If your XBox ONE is damanged then they have to replace or refund.



Amazon are good with their Customer Service so you ought to go the route of getting them to replace or refund, even if you are going to have to wait.



It's frustrating but you have the right to the goods you paid for.

as it was on and you have repeatedly tried turning it on then corrosion will have happened, it will be beyond repair and would be easier to replace, it is not safe to keep plugged in.

a repair shop might be able to replace components on the board but that kind of repair never lasts and it may cost more than actually replacing the entire xbox.
