XBox One S warranty support

I have been trying to get my XBox One S serviced for the last 8 weeks now. The support web site takes me around in circles and finally tells me that no support is available for this issue either by phone, chat or in person. The option of sending my device
to a service centre is also not available. I have tried calling the Microsoft India support line several times, but the call always gets disconnected the moment I reach the "your call is being transferred to a customer support agent" stage. My warranty expires
on 17 October 2020 and I am worried I will not be able to get through to anyone to help resolve this issue by then. I do hope someone at Microsoft reads this, takes this seriously and gets in touch with me before it is too late.

9 times out of 10 they replace your console with a refurb,they don't fix it,which is why the serial number changed.

In my experience they are less than reliable when it comes to updating your repair status online but from what you've said it sounds like your console is ready to be shipped back to you.

They tend to ship them back on a Wednesday here in Europe.

I have tried both Chrome and Safari. I don't use Firefox.

Is your console registered when you go to Your Devices ? Make sure you use the account your console is registered to, if you have multiple accounts.

This is the message I get when I try to place a service order:

"We’re sorry. The accessory or device you are requesting is not available. Please contact Microsoft Support for assistance."
