    I have a similar problem with an Xbox One S, the unit is in warranty and has been sent to Microsoft, the repair order states they have received the unit and now the status states the order has been cancelled but no explanation. Help ?!

    An xbox 360 s comes with a one year warranty starting on the date of purchase. Its possible to purchase extended warranties from either microsoft or the place of purchase. To have purchased one from microsoft, you would have had to have already registered

    Hello!

    The best option would be to contact Xbox customer service directly to see if they can give you more information regarding your repair. The best way to reach them is at support.xbox.com then contact us, Select an option such as Xbox One, No Thanks to the virtual
    assistant, then select Other. There should be an option for chat or request a call depending on what's currently available in your region.

    The status page on the repair website tends to glitch and say things that are not true. Just wait for the email with the tracking code when they send it back.

    For me it would glitch and say "delivered" when it was not. Other people have this problem as well.

    was cancelled then they can investigate as to what happened.

    Just make sure the xbox you purchased was a current edition or has it been sitting for a very long time. Just contact xbox support and tell them the day you purchased. They probably will check that when the time you registered your product and update it
    if in fact its current. You will have a year warranty if the xbox you purchased is new and not refurbished?
