    Xbox One S w/Band of Brothers Blu-Ray


    I am having trouble watching Disc 1 of Band of Brothers. I've tried all of the other discs, and they work just fine. Disc 1 is the only disc with the HBO promotional garbage in the beginning, the other discs go straight to the menus. If skip through the
    promos, or allow the promos to run, in the middle it skips then crashes and does not go to the menu. Is there anyone with advice to remedy this?

    Does Xbox One S play Blu Ray and DVD?

    Is it just Blu Ray or both Blu Ray and DVD for the Xbox One S?

    Considering a PS3

    I do not really need a Blu-Ray DVD but we were thinking about this, right now leaning more towards the Xbox w/Kinect after being hassled into it. What am I really missing with Blu-Ray is what I want to know.

    Are specifically having this issue with the 4K Blue-Ray version of Oblivion as well? I saw that you mentioned 4K Blu-Rays worked before the update, did you set up your Xbox One S and try a 4K Blu-ray before updating?

    Thanks for posting this up, are there any other Universal Studios 4K Blu-Ray movies that you can try out as well? In the meantime, please try uninstalling the Blu-Ray app, power cycle your Xbox One S console by holding the power button, and then reinstall
    the Blu-Ray app.

    it can, it may have region locks for your area but yes the xbox one can play cd, dvd, blu-ray, and if you have the x/s 4k blu ray

    Xbox One and Xbox One S are 1080P Gaming

    Xbox One S will play 4K Blu Ray's

    Xbox One X will play Game in 4K if they are Enhanced with 4K Support + 4k Blu Ray support

    They Xbox One X will also Upscale on a 1080p screen so you will see some benefit of the Xbox One X
